Our distributors in Spain, Sam and Nacho have been distributing ACME for 4 years. They show up to trade shows, lend a hand, and do ACME proud. Sam lives on the Island of Ibiza with his family and runs his roastery, Meke. While Nacho hangs out on the mainland with his family running ACME cups.

Hey Sam, so tell us what has been the thing you have baked/cooked the most throughout Covid? Long fermentation breads experimenting with different flours & starters. Also experimenting with types of Granola - Sam has kindly shared his Granola dust recipe, it was inspired by his friend Jamie and he adds that It makes a great gift too!

What’s the island of Ibiza been like?
Ibiza is more beautiful than ever with a stronger sense of community and support than ever. Are you enjoying it being tourist-free? It's wonderful to have the entire island traffic-free while doing our coffee deliveries but we are at the point now where the economy is now desperately awaiting the arrival of tourists and visitors.
