Acme Union Mug [14]
The Union Mug was created out of pure enjoyment for the simple cafeteria mug. It’s a nostalgic nod to Aotearoa’s cafeteria mug, originally made by Crown Lynn Potteries and used by Union workers from the 1950s. We’ve given ours a small, sturdy foot, so there’s no need for a saucer. Just simple, solid and satisfying.
From 4–20 September, you’ll also find a limited-edition, custom printed Weka Union Mug in the collection, made especially for Bird of the Year and helping put a little more support behind our native birds and wild places.
