Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. 

Acme Cups does not accept responsibility for the cost of return shipments. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that Acme Cups does not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that a traceable courier service is used, and that you monitor the tracking number. It is crucial that the product you wish to return, is wrapped and protected sufficiently to be handled by couriers.

While our products are in your care, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are protected and kept in reasonable condition. We do not accept returns on product that has been used, or product that is missing original packaging - original packaging is considered to be part of the product.

All merchandise must be returned clean, unaltered, free of make-up and fragrance, unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging - original packaging is considered part of the product. Please note we do not accept returns of tea towels due to hygiene reasons.

All items in the outlet section are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Upon receiving the goods in original condition, Acme Cups will process your return within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

    FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

    If you have received product which you believe is damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered at time of purchase, please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault at hello@acmecups.com It is recommended that you attach photos of what you received and how this was received. 

    REFUNDS

    Once your return has been received and inspected, our Customer Service Team will be in touch to notify you that this has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

    If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. 

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially in your account.

    If you have completed these steps, and you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@acmecups.com

    GIFTS 

    If your purchase was a gift, it is up to the individual who placed the order to contact our Customer Service Team with the original order number to arrange the return with us.

    THIRD PARTY RETURNS 

    Acme Cups does not accept responsibility or returns for product that has been purchased from a third party stockist. Please contact the relevant merchant that you purchased the product from. 

    CUSTOMISED PRODUCT 

    You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
