Shipping
Orders placed on this site are shipped from Boxtel, The Netherlands, using DHL, UPS and GLS courier services. Palletised orders are shipped with Mainfreight.
We expect your cups to get to you quickly and in good condition. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Larger orders and palletised orders will be dispatched within 5 business days. Expected delivery timeframes depend on the European destination - between 2 and 7 business days. Please check your shipping list at checkout for service levels.
We reserve the right to adjust listed shipping rates for remote locations. Ask for freight pricing and service levels to your EU destination now.
Please note: our couriers are unable to deliver to DHL ServicePoints at this time.
Promotions
Any shipping promotions advertised on our retail website do not apply to trade customers.
Tracking
You will receive automated tracking advice once your order has been collected from our warehouse. The tracking advice is sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a tracking email from us.

Tax and Duty
Goods are supplied from The Netherlands and have already been imported into the EU. There will be no additional EU import duties or taxes.
Acme holds no responsibility for any additional costs, delays, or losses relating to the import of goods into your country.
